My family and I truly enjoyed getting to know her and receive her help when buying a house. For Example the builder we were working with made a mistake and it was going to delay closing for 3 weeks and the builder make a big ordeal of it asking us to handle the situation on our own (which would've been a lot of work and wouldn't have worked out in our favor). Erica was able to step in and resolve the issue for us allowing us to close on time with the issue resolved.
